Our Story
Officially established in 2022, His Refuge is a non-profit safe haven for people in their time of need and hardship.
The heart and vision for His Refuge, was unintentionally birthed through the kindness and generosity of local business owners Cody Gautsche and Fil Ramirez of Cody's Automotive. Their business practice of being "A refuge for you and your car", exposed the need in our community for affordable cars and mechanical repairs which are a basic necessity of life here in Middle Tennessee but unfortunately not always available for everyone.
Although mechanical repairs were what brought people into the business, the emotional and spiritual needs were often the greater need needing to be met.
His Refuge aims to be a holistic resource within the community, impacting people with the love of Christ while being able to provide financial aide and assistance for their needs.
